Great location, the reception staff very friendly. The rooms were very warm as the windows did not open much and little ventilation when using the shower it was then much worse. Other than that everything else was great; comfy, good location, parking.
Location and car park were convenient. The room was nice, but dated and in need of a refresh. Bathroom was fine, except for the shower drain had trouble draining. Lounge area was also a little dated and could use some attention. Not bad for the price ($85) but a Premiere Inn might have been better for the money.
Lovely hotel, smallish but quaint. Room was good, felt like you were at home in your own bedroom. Bed was really comfy, stayed in room 3. Room was warm and cosy. Bathroom was clean, came with shampoo, soap, lotions. Shower could have been hotter but that's just my preference. Towels were soft and fluffy. Dressing table with hair dryer, kettle, tea bags etc and biscuits. There was also a small fridge in the room which was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Had breakfast in the morning, tasty and served on time we asked for. 30 minutes walk away from Stratford-upon-Avon or a bus ride. Would definitely stay here again.
As described this is a quiet hotel....probably ideal for the more mature traveller? A few miles out of Stratford but close, walking distance, from my meeting. Rooms are comfortable and mine was a decent size. Shower room rather than a bathroom in mine. I returned after my afternoon meeting to find the bar/reception empty. This was the same as I headed into town that evening so unable to get a drink before my taxi arrived.

Without a doubt one of the best hotel experiences I have had. The staff simply couldn't have been more helpful, friendly- and great fun. Rooms are brilliant, beautifully comfortable beds and great shower facilities. Breakfast was fabulous, and we even had a couple of drinks in the beautiful bar area during the evening. Cannot recommend highly enough, and such great value...especially considering how nice the area is - thanks so much.
As we’ve traveled across Europe and the UK, we have stayed at many bed-and-breakfasts. This is one of our faves so far!! Very clean and tidy place with a fresh and inviting atmosphere. The staff are outstanding and the food is amazing! Every dish we tried was delicious. Great parking lot behind the building. Rooms and bathroom comfortable and nice looking. Top notch 3 star hotel!!
